This week one of golf's greatest events takes place, the Masters golf tournament. Please join us as we stroll down memory lane of 2004. Arnold Palmer bid farewell to the fairways of Augusta that year and CSW paid tribute with the following written just for Arnie:

Arnie's Farewell Walk at Augusta National

The Lady Speaks

 

He's walked beneath the tall pines of Augusta,

He's marveled at her beauty and her pride.

But on this final day his heart is saddened,

While to the eighteenth green he'll humbly stride.

Although ..he’ll never say.. goodbye forever,

He knows this day will never come again.

And he hears the Lady speak, she whispers softly,

"I will always be here for you my old friend."
