The STUP Award

What a quandary! So many candidates for STUP (535 Congressional members), so few awards to be given (one). We will prevail in our endeavor, however, and name this week's winner posthaste. To allay our frustrations with the Representatives and Senators, we have forsaken the beltway and named the old standby Cindy Sheehan.

Due to the Scooter Libby commutation, Ms. Sheehan is calling for articles of impeachment of President Bush be introduced in the House of Representatives. If Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) fails to do so, Sheehan threatens to run against Pelosi in Pelosi's next election. Cindy says, "I would give her a run for her money."

Sheehan is a dufus in the dearth of discerning democrats.
