"to get their heads blown off for the President's amusement."

A quote from the house floor after an attempt to override the President's veto of legislation to increase certain parameters of the State Children's Health Insurance Program (S-CHIP) failed while the President was asking for additional funding for our troops:

"Where are you going to get that money? Are you going to tell us lies like you're telling us today? Is that how you're going to fund the war? You don't have money to fund the war or children. But you're going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the president's amusement," said Rep. Peter Stark (D-CA).

Senility and hatred for President Bush make for some ridiculous, outlandish, over-the-top utterances by this democrat. This was a crazed man's quote that should have been condemned by his democratic colleagues but, lo and behold, their outrage was as loud as the proverbial church mouse.

Rep. Stark, a proclaimed atheist, has been in trouble before. Capitol police have been called to squelch some of his past antics.

Stark is a loser, a typical California liberal from Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco area. He is an example of the personnel that will be in the White House if democrats are elected in 2008.

Congrats, STUP Stark. You're our third alliterative winner of the STUP Award (Streisand, Sheehan, Stark).

P.S. Stark apologized for his comments Tuesday, 10/23/07, after harsh Republican and tepid democratic critcism was aimed at him.
