Re: CoffeeShopWeekly In General
- I read a commentary a week or two ago and it went something like this: You are 25% more likely to be killed (shot) in Washington DC than in Iraq.. We need to set a fixed date to withdraw from Washington.
Ed. Note: Excellent, excellent!!! And Washington's ban against handguns was just ruled unconstitutional by our pals at SCOTUS. CSW could argue either side regarding the "right to bear arms" amendment. The second Amendment reads "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." When the Constitution specifically uses the term "militia" did the founders really mean "individuals?"
Re: 08-16 Imus In The Morning
- So the moronic liberal press runs to Al Sharpton for his wisdom. Now lets drop back a few years and ask old Big Bad Al------ Does he remember Tawana Brawly??????? I rest my case on this bigot.
Ed. Note: Amen. CSW is getting fed up with the whining from our black friends. No matter what is said or by whom, it's taken as an affront to the black race as a whole. It's getting a little old. You hear that white people are honkeys, the Scots are cheap, the Italians are mobsters, West Virginians are hillbillies, the Irish drink too much etc, and nobody says a word. But say something about a black person and 'here come de judge.' The same can be said about Catholics and Protestants, Christians and Jews. They're fair game, but don't dare say anything about Muslims. That would be a civil rights violation. We're sick of it!!
Re: 08-16 Will The Taxpayers Pay ..
- Should I change my mind and vote Democrat so I can get my mortgage paid
off?! Or maybe I have to get elected?
Ed. Note: Good question. It looks like you have to be the head honcho of an influential congressional committee. And please, don't vote for Obama.
Re: 08-16 SCOTUS- A Child's Rape Isn't That Bad
- Hmmmmm it looks like our Supreme Court is making decisions by polls. Read the majority response. Our country is evolving therefore we decided to evolve. duhhhhhhhhh. Hey!!!!! SCOTUS quit making laws your job is to interpret the law. Heaven knows the morons in congress make enough stupid laws. The boy that bankrupted Cleveland leading the way.
Ed. Note: SCOTUS decisions are being based on America's "evolving standard of decency." One of the best arguments for capital punishment for the rape of a child is contained in an article by Mike Adams, PhD. A copy of that argument can be found here. If you have the time, it's well worth it.
Re: 08-16 For What It's Worth
- AS WE ENJOY THE 4TH OF JULY LET US REALIZE THE PRICE THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR OUR FREEDOM . LIKE MARTHA COTHREN STATED WE OWE THE MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM OUR BEST FOR THEIR DUTY. LET US ALSO THANK THEIR FAMILIES FOR THE SACRIFICES THEY MAKE . IT IS UP TO US TO HOLD OUR FLAG HIGH BY STAYING INFORMED AND CLEAR MINDED ON ALL THE ISSUES CONCERNING THIS GREAT COUNTRY. I PRAY AND THANK GOD FOR OUR GREAT MILITARY IN ACTION TODAY AND THE VETS THAT HAVE KEPT OUR FREEDOM SECURE. WHEN YOU SEE ONE TELL THEM -----THANKS----- WHERE WOULD WE BE WITHOUT THEM?
Ed. Note: We will second that motion as we are sure all of our readers will. Thanks for your sacrifice and endurance during these troubled times.

Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your attention and have a good evening.
