    I believe you've got it wrong the bailout is now over $1,700,000,000,000.00 (thats TRILLION) you forgot the Fed contributions. The bottomline is more bailout money will be thrown into the economy making it over 2 trillion dollars. Now you have the rest of the story.

Ed. Note: Isn't the "Fed contribution" synonymous with "taxpayer contribution?" But you are correct. More bailout money will be asked for. California is standing in line. The most liberal of the liberal States wants you and me to bail them out of their socialistic entitlements mess.

  • Was reading about the Lehman CEO [Richard Fuld] testifying before congress and found this fact:
    Since 1989, Lehman employees have given $9.2 million to federal candidates and their parties, with 54 percent of that going to Democrats. In the current Congress, 271 lawmakers have collected a total of $3 million. Democratic Senators Hillary Clinton of New York and Barack Obama, the Democratic presidential candidate, top the list of all-time recipients, collecting $410,000 and $395,600 respectively, the Center for Responsive Politics reported.

Ed. Note: We saw some of Richard Fuld's testimony. This guy is a real dufus. This BS is pervasive throughout politics and most politicians, like Obama, are afraid to admit they take the money from these greed-mongers.

    have been bombarded with Obombus crap every few minutes on TV, his junk is
    in my mail everyday, and with so many avenues bashing Palin. It makes me
    sick. We haven't heard crap from Biden until the debate. WHATS going on ??? McCain, break out the heavy artillery NOW

Ed. Note: You know, the dems claim McCain would be 4 more years of the Bush regime. If the dems get elected, you will hear whining, gnashing of teeth and the blaming of the Bush administration for all the dems' failures for the next four years.

Ed. Note: Lemmings is a perfect description of the "Obamaites." And according to the World English Dictionary, the definition of a Lemming is: a member of a large group of people who blindly follow one another on a course of action that will lead to destruction for all of them.

Ed. Note: Right and the liberal left thought that was cute. Whoopi Goldberg made a gesture grabbing herself as she mumbled the President's last name. For being such a dweeb, Slim-Fast, the diet supplement, pulled all their ads featuring Goldberg. This happened in July of 2004 and Goldberg remains to this day a blowhard jerk!
