Child Molesters, Pedophiles, Sexual Deviants, Perverts, Sex Offenders, Sexual Predators, etc. etc.

There are more names for sex criminals than the years they spend in jail. But there is a city in Ohio trying to shore up its sex laws and keep convicted child molesters from living within one statute mile of schools, public parks, playgrounds, public swimming pools, etc. This would essentially prevent these felons from living inside the city limits. It is true the law would have no determinant influence on jail time served. However, CSW wholeheartedly supports the efforts of the North Canton city council to have these measures adopted. We hope other American cities will follow suit.
Constitutionalists are prepared to fight the proposals claiming some nonsense about civil liberty violations of these vilest of bad guys. It takes all kinds, we guess. There are some legal bugs to work out and we wish the best to council in doing so.
In a related matter, one of our staunchest readers has forwarded proposed legislation to the Ohio assembly that would increase the amount of time sex offenders spend incarcerated. He sent us a copy of the proposal and it gets our seal of approval. Some of the paraphrased highlights of the bill are:
- Penalty for murder while committing or with intent to commit a sex crime on a minor child shall be death with appeals limited to 1 yr.
- Penalty for rape of a child under 14 yrs. of age shall be death with appeals limited to 18 mos.
- Penalty for a sex crime, other than rape, on a child under the age of 14 shall be life in prison without the possibility of parole.
- Penalty for a sex crime on a minor child under the age of 18 but 14 yrs. of age or older shall be a minimum of 30 yrs. in prison.
There you have a synopsis of the proposals. Tough and they should be. Again CSW is all for tougher sexual crime laws and we hope our legislators across America are listening.

- I think the terrorists are bastards, too. How do they kill in the name of their god? They're insane devil worshipers. They slither about like the vermin and snakes that they are. Always hiding in the shadows because they know what they're doing is wrong. They can't fight like soldiers. They have no hormones (maybe a lot of estrogen). Martyrs? What a joke! When they die may they find their 'virgins' have seven kids each.
Ed. Note: Lovie loves it. Aren't they to receive like 32 "virgins" if they blow themselves up? What a disappointment they're in for. Good stuff. Let's see, what is 32 X 7?
- I take issue with calling the terrorists bastards. That doesn't help anything. Should we spout anger or have understanding that the terrorists are at war too? Name calling isn't the right thing to do.
Ed. Note: Excuse us for a second while we reach for a barf bag. If the word "bastard" offends you that's one thing and we apologize for its use. If calling the killers "bastards" offends you, well, too bad, too sad. Are you related to Jane Fonda by any chance? Your bleeding heart is soiling your burka.
- So much for the Religion of Peace. Personally, I feel it is time to take the gloves off and make Mecca into a radioactive parking Lot. And that is my take for what its worth.
Ed. Note: Our interviews confirm that more and more Americans are feeling that way. But, we ask with tongue-in-cheek, "Wouldn't that be a violation of the terrorists civil liberties? Wouldn't we have to hire A.C.L.U. attorneys for them?"
- All these liberals have to do is take a look at history------Attila was at the gates of Rome, The Romans decided to appease him. So they sent out an emissary to offer Attila gold and whatever else that he wished. The emissary came back with his head on a platter. That's what appeasement does.
Ed Note: Hmmmm. Sounds gorily familiar. You're right. There is no room for appeasement. Spain tried that. To do or not to do, that is the question. We would rather be the "doer" than the "doee."
