This week I don’t know where to start. How about endorsements? Do you know what endorsements are? They’re for people who can’t think for themselves. “We think he’s the best, therefore, so do you!!” The worst? The unions! And they will use your dues to support their man. Democrat or Republican. It makes no difference. Think on your own feet.

The 9/11 commission. Now I agree we should look into where our weaknesses were, but this commission? What a farce. Supposed to be non-partisan. Wrong again choose up sides breath. Boy does it tick me off. They are to tell all Americans what went wrong and suggest how to fix it. No direct blame. “enough to go around” they have said. “Let’s get Rice in here to repeat what she has already said. That will do it because it’s in front of the public.” Oh wow! Oh boy! My question is: they are the experts. They have found the “mistakes”. They will tell us where Bush went wrong. If we get attacked again, I want to know what did they know and when did they know it. And what commission will this commission testify in front of? Will they fail us just as Clarke failed us? Boohoo. Poor man.

Fallujah. A terrible thing. The day of and for two days after, the bar stool talk was “ let’s do ‘em.” Later that week the talk was not so angry. “We’ll get ‘em. It’ll take some time.” Americans are a forgiving bunch, a forgetful bunch or a stupid bunch. Remember 9/11 everybody? Hello!! Anyone out there? A solution. You can’t put out a forest fire with a bucket of water. We are acting so weak right now and it is political and I know it. Be damned the critics. Let’s show some force, clean it up and get the H… out of there. We made our point to the world. Saddam is gone. It’s not as if we’re walking away. Let’s get tough and then let the tough get going…… home.
