Senator Hillary Clinton
was recently invited to address a major
gathering of the Native American Nation in
upper New York state. She went on and on
about becoming the next President and how she
alone would make it better for Native
Americans. She referred to her career as a
New York Senator and how she had signed
"YES" for every Native American
issue that came to her desk for approval.
Although the Senator
didn't really have a plan how she would make
things better, she seemed most enthusiastic
about helping her "red sisters and red
brothers" to succeed.
At the conclusion of her
speech, the tribes' chiefs presented the
Senator with a plaque inscribed with her new
Native American name, Walking Eagle.
The proud Senator then departed in her
motorcade, waving to the teepees as she rode
by.
A news
reporter later inquired of the chiefs how
they selected the new name given to the
Senator. They explained that Walking Eagle is
the name given to a bird so full of crap it
can no longer fly.
