SKEELES, NAGY, BRAHAM & COOK, Center for Consumer Fairness, hereinafter referred to as SNBC, is a not-for-profit organization consisting of a group of active and retired executives. The group was formed to be a voice for those who do not have the means and/or know-how to abate their consumer related business problems or were frustrated in their attempts to do so. Clients' problems may include but are not limited to: billing errors, quality issues, refund or rebate problems, unfair sales practices, contractual obligations etc. With the exception of a postage and stationery charge, the service is free. Clients are accepted on a case by case basis.
